Chip Management – Starting Stacks

We will look after every aspect of Chip management including the calculation of the starting stacks and the chipping up of the players throughout the tournament.

Pre-Programmed Breaks

Breaks can be scheduled to coincide with other events or activities. Typically there is an hour of playing time between breaks. Breaks may be scheduled to be anywhere from 10 minutes up to 20 minutes or more depending on your specific situation.

Table Selection - Moving Players

We have software to automatically seat all your participants. When you have more than one table you will need to balance them as players get knocked out. If there are more than two players missing from one table you will need to move one from the table with the most players. This responsibility falls on us and is part of running the tournament. When moving players, we try to move the player in the same relative position as the empty seat.

Coloring up Chips

Depending on the number of players and blind schedule, we will at the appropriate breaks chip-up each player. Players with un-even amounts of smaller chips are rounded up to the next chip value. E.G. If a player has $45 and the lowest chip value is $50 that player would gain $5.
